Decima POS for Windows

Version 2.3.0

Every shop, restaurant and contractor. Selling, ZIMRA fiscalisation, the books, VAT, payroll, PAYE, NSSA and QPD returns, and reports. Restaurant and contract work are switched on in Business Settings.

Needs: Windows 10 or 11, 64 bit

Take a backup before installing over an older version. A counter that will have desks is installed from the MSI. The setup file installs for one Windows user and cannot open the network rule desks need.

Decima POS for Android

Version 2.3.0

Android tablets and phones used as a till, with a Bluetooth thermal printer.

Needs: Android 8.0 or newer, and Android System WebView 67 or newer. Buy Android 10 or newer.

We send the Android app on WhatsApp (89 MB). To update a tablet that is already trading, install over the top. Never uninstall first: that deletes the receipts, the books and the ZIMRA signing key.

Installing

Before you install

Windows

If Windows says it protected your PC, press More info, then Run anyway: the installer is new to Windows. A till that will have desks needs the MSI.

Android

Your phone asks once to allow installing from the browser or WhatsApp. To update a till, install over the top; never uninstall it first.

We do it with you

Every till in a box is installed for you, and we will set up a Windows till in Bulawayo or Harare, or remotely.
