This website sets no cookies and runs no tracking or advertising code. The demonstration form does not send anything to us or store anything: it opens WhatsApp on your own device with your message ready, and you choose whether to send it.

The fonts, pictures and videos are all served from this website. No other company sees your visit.

The newsletter

If you subscribe, we keep your email address, your name if you give it, what you asked to receive, and the dates you subscribed and confirmed. They are kept in a file on our own web hosting, used only to send you what you asked for, and never sold or shared. Nothing is sent until you confirm by the link in our first email, and every email has a link to stop. To have your details removed completely, write to us.

The licence request form, like the demonstration form, stores nothing: it opens WhatsApp with your message ready to send.

Decima software

Decima POS and Decima Practice keep your records on your own machines. Fiscal receipts go to ZIMRA as the law requires. Decima Launcher's messages between the till and a phone are sealed on the sending device for the receiving one, and the relay that carries them cannot read them.

When you contact us, we use your name and number only to reply to you and to arrange a demonstration or support.
