Your clients stay yours. Their tills, books and contracts run on Decima.

Every business you register for VAT or fiscalisation needs a till that fiscalises next, and books you can file from. Decima gives them both, and their books open straight into Decima Practice on your desk.

Four promises, signed before your first client

What we promise, in writing

We never compete for your clients

Decima, its directors and any practice they run will not offer accounting, tax, payroll, company secretarial or compliance work to a client you introduce, while we work together and for a year after.

Your files stay on your machines

Decima Practice runs offline on your own computers and sends nothing to Decima. We train and support on our own sample businesses, never your client files.

Referrals run to you

When one of our customers asks us for an accountant or a compliance consultant, we name you, and never ourselves.

Signed, not said

Each promise is a clause in the partner agreement, so it binds the company and not only the person saying it.

Four ways to work together

None of them exclusive

Referral

You introduce; Decima sells, installs, trains and supports, and offers your client nothing else.

Reseller

You sell the licence to your client and give first-line support.

Practice

You keep your clients' books in Decima Practice, starting with one machine.

Pilot

One client on Decima POS, and its books in Decima Practice, for a set period before anything grows.

The rewards for each way of working are set out in the partner agreement. Ask us for a copy.

Start with one client

Tell us about your practice and we will send you the partner agreement to read.
